imagine waking up to the beautiful glow of the sun through the window, the sound of the waves and the birds chirping. arriving on your yoga mat each morning with a big smile and an attitude of positive change and transformation. move your body and discover yourself in new ways, close your eyes and breathe in, like it is your first breath, inhaling empowerment and confidence to embody your truest essence. as we breathe and chant, move and dance, nourish in delicious food and connect with sweet sisters from around the world we arrive back, back into the most sacred temple within, back into the heart. this is our mission; to all arrive back in this sacred space so we can breathe from here, live from here and return to our homes holding this energy, this vibration and inspiration to be creators of our abundant and epic lives! we simply have to return back to this space of all knowing, and from here we remember that we are free, we are whole, we are enough, we are divine, we are perfect and all of life is on our side, supporting us as we live out our unique human lives. let us walk together, hand in hand and heart to heart, upon the sacred lands of the Goddess and reawaken our life force, our shakti, our bliss and our purpose.

hello sweetest sisters,
we are three girls/ gals/ ladies/ sisters who dreamed the idea to gather women in magical Greece to share in a week of nourishment, goddess magic, movement, play, practice, deepening, listening, connection, mediterranean bliss, and sisterhood! here we are again, this is our second time offering THE REMEMBERING RETREAT with you and we can not be more excited! fusing all of our passions, tools and creativity with you so we can all awaken and embody ourselves as the empowered queens that we truly are!
we are carla, bianca, and sofia (from left to right)- all mother tongue German speaking but truly of global essence. we are all deeply passionate about walking the path of our hearts, living a life fully aligned with our hearts’ truest expression and embodying practices to support our journey into deeper relationship with who we truly are. some of our favourite tools include yoga, breathwork, chanting, spending time in nature, nourishing ourselves by simply being in the presence of each other (sisterhood), honouring the cycles of the earth, moon and stars, playing in the sea!!!, visiting energetic portals, ceremony, ritual, dancing and more!

Bianca Kempe is passionate about awakening the divine feminine energies on our planet by guiding those who are ready back to their own intuition, heart and soul.
She has been guiding transformational retreats for the last eight years working with various practices including yoga, breath, singing, movement, sacred ceremonies, plant medicines and more. She is the founder of the Mystery School of the Rose, a community for women who remember their place in the temple, of devotion, service and divine feminine leadership.
Sofia Tsakiridou is a certified 600 hrs yoga teacher, women circle facilitator and holistic health coach with the vision of guiding women back to connect with their body temples, the innate wisdom that resides within and the deep power of gathering in sacred sisterhood.
She believes in collaboration and the uplifting of each individual spirit and potential to create a spirited, empowered and bright community.
She loves to bridge the power of movement with the wisdom of the ancient science of TCM and empower others to truly live a balanced, vital life with an open mind, heart and body.
Carla Kuhlmann, based on Hamburg, is a 500 hrs certified Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga teacher and 80 hrs certified Psychedelic Breath facilitator – deeply connected with nature and it’s healing roots.
She feels the deep connection to work in and for sacred sisterhood using tools like yoga asana, the alchemy of ancient tantra, breathwork, embodiment practices and dance to connect deeper with our wild intuition and rawest essence.

sprawled within endless olive groves, with stunning views of mountains, sky, and sea, the retreat centre which we have selected for this special gathering is called Zen Rocks in Mani Greece. the space was prepared for deep practice, healing, community and harmonious inter-being. the retreat centre is a complex of spacious stone-built villas, cottages, stone houses, and luxury glamping tents. each accommodation has the options of a shared room, private room or private room with ensuite bathroom. the centre has several spaces for yoga practice and the various activities we will be engaged in.
accommodations at the retreat are comfortable, and elegant if not luxurious, made of natural handcrafted materials with organic cocomat mattresses and pillows, and earthy sheets. lovingly made, all this is just the friendly container to support you to relax, let go of worries and stress, so you can delve into the kind of work your mind and body and spirit really long for… the true practice of “coming home”.

The retreat is located about 30 minutes south of the city of Kalamata, in a quiet olive grove amidst the sea and blue skies. The closest village is Kallianeika. There is airport access both from Athens Airport (3 hours) and from Kalamata Airport (30-40m).
Flights to Athens International Airport (ATH) and transportation to retreat centre:
All major airlines fly to Athens international airport (Eleftherios Venizelos). The retreat centre is about a 2.5-3 hours’ drive from Athens. We can arrange transport for you at an additional cost. The ride is beautiful, and you can enjoy a direct ride along the new Athens-Kalamata highway.
Flights to/from Kalamata (KLX)
In the summer, there are direct and charter flights to the small airport of Kalamata from several European cities. Also, you can fly to Kalamata from the northern Greek town of Thessaloniki. The airport in Kalamata is about 35-40minutes from the retreat centre. During summer season there are direct flights to Kalamata from most large European cities.

Start and Finish Times
The retreat officially begins at 5 pm, October 3, for an opening circle. You may check in to the retreat centre any time after 2 pm on October 3. The retreat officially finishes at noon, after brunch on October 9. Checkout of the retreat centre is at 1pm on October 9.
